AI-Assisted Questionnaire & Textual Analysis
Architecture and lead development of a Python-based analytical platform for a confidential public-sector client.
The application analyses structured questionnaire data and large volumes of long-form textual responses, using supporting documentation to provide context. Azure AI Foundry Agents are used for thematic and sentiment analysis, classification and coding, summarisation, identification of arguments and recurring concerns, and comparison between respondent groups.
Projects range from broad exercises involving more than 10,000 respondents to detailed questionnaires containing up to 100 questions. The platform also extracts responses submitted in Word and PDF documents and incorporates them alongside online submissions.
Development is continuing, with successive iterations progressively automating stages of the analytical process while retaining independent analyst validation.
Email Content Analysis
Developed an analytical solution for a brokerage organisation to examine incoming email content and identify references to different aspects of its clients’ services.
The resulting classification enabled relevant communications to be identified and routed more efficiently, helping to reduce response times.
Property Data Analysis
Developed a Python analytical solution using a large property dataset to investigate how a series of external events had affected property sale values.
The application processed and analysed the underlying data to identify and quantify changes associated with the events under investigation.
Secure Data API
Designed and developed an API allowing external clients controlled access to a secure internal database, providing programmatic access to required data without exposing the underlying database environment.
