Desktops, Laptops and Macs

All our engineers have extensive knowledge of both PC and Mac and will do everything in their power to ensure a quick resolution. Using advanced remote control applications, we can often provide quick fixes with little or no disruption to your work.

We support a wide range of the business packages, including most common:

Mobile Devices

You’re have some support for your smartphones and tablets through your own mobile operator. We can provide additional support for your devices to address common issues and advice on maximising their benefits within your overall IT infrastructure. This will include email and document synchronisation, as well as recommending and supporting suitable productivity apps.

Servers come in many varieties, from enhanced desktop machines, to clustered virtual servers in a private cloud environment. VMware or Hyper-V. Microsoft or Linux. We work with them all.

Rarely to we manage every aspect but we are happy to work with your existing partners or even recommend new ones, if your requirements are more specialised.

Network Infrastructure

Whether it’s a physical or wireless, networks come with a host of issues. From your ISP to your individual device, it is highly likely that you will experience the frustration of a failed connection at some point. Many issues can be avoided or addressed very quickly, by the introduction of our simple monitoring service.

We work with a wide range of network devices (switches, routers, and broadband modems etc,) and can undertake configuration changes, security modifications, firmware updates, as well as help you restore your network following an outage.

As part of your Business Continuity Plan, we’ll store a remote copy of the configuration of your devices, so that it can be re-applied when necessary.
